TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • All services are subject to availability upon request and payment receipt.
  • Late booking fee will be applied to any service request received within and less than 24 hours from ETA/ETD.
  • NO SHOW is considered a fulfilled service and is subject to a 100% charge of the total price.
  • The immigration and customs area are independent and external from the ‎Government, they have their own rules which must be respected and complied with. ‎During the walking through these areas, the passenger must be responsible for the ‎carrying and transfer of their documents and belongings, though the passenger will be ‎escorted, however, the greeter cannot intervene.
  • Please note that Immigration, Airline, and Meet and Greet Team are 3 different entities, therefore any delay, changes of border rules, ‎flight rescheduling/cancellation, PCR test result issues or airline mishaps with luggage, delay with bags delivery in conveyor, loss of luggage, a refusal for pax to enter the country and/or to board the flight; Meet and Greet Terms and Conditions will be ‎applied accordingly and Meet and Greet Team will not be held liable for the decision of immigration and/or mishaps from the airline.
  • Our Team will not be responsible for any missed flights as a result of passengers/aircraft arriving late or where their traveling documentation to their destination is insufficient, incomplete, or incorrect.
  • Passengers shall be responsible for ensuring that they have all valid travel documents needed in all locations on their flight tickets.
  • Please note that service availability and airport regulations are fluid and can change anytime due to the current situation.
  • Any complaints or concerns related to the completed greet are to be intimated to the team via email within 24 hours of the greet completion to consider for refund or compensation if applicable.

INFORMATION ON BOOKINGS MADE AT THE LAST MINUTE:

For services that are requested less than 48 hours ahead, we will give a provisional confirmation, pending our affiliate confirming to us that they do have staff available and can get border control approvals in time.

  • Almost always we are able to arrange last-minute services. In the rare cases where we cannot, we will tell you right away and will make a full and immediate refund of your payment.
  • Short notice charge:
  • At most airports, we may need to add a short-notice surcharge of 100 USD, particularly when we have to bring extra staff at short notice. We will send a request for a late booking fee by email after you complete your booking.

REFUND / CANCELLATION:

  • Rescheduling or cancellation within and/or below 48 hours: 50% cancellation charges will be applied.
  • Rescheduling or cancellation within and/or below 24 hours: 100% cancellation charges will be applied accordingly.
  • Bookings canceled in less than 72 hours: 25% of the booking fee
  • Bookings canceled more than 72 hours in advance: a fee of 4% will be applied
  • The refund will be processed and reach customer's bank account in 5-7 working days.
  • Any complaints or concerns related to the completed greet are to be intimated to the team via email within 24 hours of the greet completion to consider for refund or compensation if applicable. Please feel free to contact us if you have any queries.
